HERE WE GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(Urr.)
A silver cat swept past the tree's it's movements so delicate and fragile it looked like it was dancing with the swiftly blowing breeze. Two gray kits followed the elegant cat leaping to avoid being hit by a stick or pebble. A crack of twigs and rustle of leaves sent the three cats stumbling into an foul, repulsive smelling cave. A badger set. The first cat who had swept through the forest so beautifully layed down carefully on a damp nest of moss and beckoned to the small freezing kits to warm themselves with her. A crackling noise and a fierce rumbling should have warned the cat of danger. But it was concetrating on the kits, it's eyes growing duller with the waves of sleep coming upon it. A roar filled the set and the cat leapt up it's claws unvelveted. It's crania shook around trying to detect where the rumbling roar of anger came from but found only rocks for it's actions. It calmed down and whispered softly to the frightened kits soothing them with each syllable.
"There's nothing there." But a cat could never be so wrong. A black and white shadow towered over the silver cat it's eyes squinting with fury. A badger! The cat whipper around it's claws flexing warningly.
"Move little ones. I shall be fine." the cat growled and pushed the kits aside into a small crevice where the badger could never get them. It slashed with pearly white claws at the huge badger but was pushed away like a rag doll. The badger was seemingly smirking at the cat and the kits could only watch in horror as the cat who had tooken care of them and nursed them was beaten like a punching bag. The smallest kit wailed it's voice a song of pain and grief.
"Silverstream! No! Don't go!" The other kit joined the first one's wails. But the mother that they had loved so much did not stand up. She was.... gone.
